• Determines and creates the appropriate design or brand logo for a product or product line, ensuring it meets NEBS’ customer needs, Business Management requirements, manufacturing criteria, and all scheduling objectives
• Designs and produces various vehicles for miscellaneous corporate sales needs including, but not limited to, training flyers, posters, coupons, multimedia presentations – using flash, video, special effects and music.
• Manages the workflow of all assigned projects to ensure that all marketing, manufacturing and advertising scheduling objectives are met. This includes the work of freelancers assigned to respective projects.
• Oversees the work of resources so that effective, appropriate design solutions are created in order to achieve all product strategy goals. This also includes coordinating and communicating all necessary project information to the resource that has been assigned to respective project.

• Created all in-house graphics for print and web saving the company thousands of dollars that they were outsourcing to freelancers
